At Nova Nue, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and strive to offer the highest level of service and responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery process consists of two phases:
Processing Time:
Within 1-3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time:
Once your package has been picked up by our shipping partner, average delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
Please note that during our summer sale, the number of orders increases, which may cause slight delays.
All delivery times exclude potential customs delays. Additional delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to easily track your order on our website.
Please note: For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
