Returns:
If you wish to return a product, please note that returns may need to be sent to our international fulfillment center. As part of our business model, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This structure helps us maintain fair prices for all our customers.

Return Period:
You have 30 days from the receipt of your purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. If there are any signs of use, the item will be returned to you, and the refund will not be processed.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers/magazines).
  • Hygienic or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/hygiene products.

Refunds:
After inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. This will be within 5 working days

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please email info@nova-nue.com for instructions.

Gifts:
If the item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item.

Shipping Returns:

  • Return shipping costs to our international fulfillment center are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • For items over €75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
